The 2011 Sauvignon Blanc is a single vineyard wine from our Schoenthal vineyard located at Lobethal. A well defined Sauvignon Blanc with a beautiful nose of zesty lemon citrus and tropical fruit and a front palate predominant with gooseberry & passionfruit flavours. The mid palate is full with a touch of spice followed by a fresh, clean finish.

Alcohol: 11.5% vol.

Total Acidity: 6.85% g/l

Residual Sugar: 5.5 g/l
